Tumataas Ang Sugar

Hi 29th weeks pregnant here. sino po dito mataas ang sugar? Anong ginawa nyo pampababa ng sugar, may kinakain ba kayo na mga gulay? Ano foods ang inavoid nyo??

    Avoid po mga fried foods, better po mga may sabaw na pagkain, gulay half rice lang po kung kaya, pwede din po mga nilaga na fud like kamote saging,
