Safety hazard of Puku Nail Scissors

Hi mummies and daddies, I bought this Puku blue and white nail scissors for my baby as it was conveniently available. But this scissors has a design flaw… after using it for quite a few months, I suddenly realised one day that the nail filing plate on one side had dropped off… and I had no idea where it was! Furthermore it is very small and could definitely be picked up and swallowed accidentally by an inquisitive baby! The nail file was only glued on and the glue probably dried. I would never use this nail file anyway as it’s too small and too hard for baby nails so I don’t know why they included it! I’ve tried to give this feedback directly to Puku for them to change their design but was unable to contact them, hence sharing this here so you can avoid the safety hazard! (Because the plate is small, I STILL have not found it and worry that any day it could be found by my baby…)
