AM I STILL PREGNANT?

AM I STILL PREGNANT ? My last period was on 14tg of July, I run both home and hospital test it was positive, then I was having cramps three days ago, in the morning I see a brown like like clot, went to hospital for scan, scan said I should come back in three weeks times before I get home the bleeding was much and very serious cramp. I run another pt, it positive, and in the time when I went to change pad I see this 👇discreet view ⚠️☣️‼️ Pls what is wrong I don’t want to loose the pregnancy
