Baby kick',first baby'

Hai nak tanya mcm mne nk tanda baby kick,, nurse dh ckp,, tapi kurang faham 😅

    dia bukan baby kick la mommy.. baby movement 😄 start kira dr jam 8pg.. setiap 30min kalau baby ada gerak kira 1 pergerakan. kira sampai cukup 10kali gerak.. then tanda jam berapa cukup 10kali gerak. kalau jam 12 tanda kt pkl 12😊 best tau kira2 gerak baby ni.. moga Allah mudahkan 😄
