When to reduce dose of diclectin or stop taking?

I have been taking diclectin regularly as my nausea was 24/7. However, it got a little better after week 12. When I tried to reduce the dose then and skipped my morning dose, I vomited during lunch hence I resumed the 2 pills a day. Now I'm at 14 weeks and wondering if I should try reducing it again. Does anyone have any experience on reducing the dose from taking it regularly?

some never vomit during pregnancy... some vomit throughout... u can only try off & on, to know when ur body needs to rely on it... 🙏💕
