Am I pregnant?

Yesterday, I had a spotting. Today, I bled. See first photo. Before I got pregnant irregular ang period ko. But after I gave birth naging normal hanggang 6 mos ni baby. I'm 69 days late today according to my period tracker. Naguguluhan ako mga mamsh! Help!
