Is it normal po ba na mag-bleeding after I found out na positive yung pt?

Feb. 14 positive po yung maliit and then yung Isa is Feb. 18 and then kinagabihan po nag-spotting po ako tas kinaumagahan may bleeding na sya which is feel ko di normal and prob ko that time is walang avail na doctor or ob manlang since sunday sya, any advice po mga mi? No to bash po please.🥺
