any tips for relieve butt cramping?

Dear hajar, i felt the same way as im 25w pregnant. What do i do is more like home remedies like warm bath, avoide to standing or sitting for long periods of time, light stretching, sleeping with a pillow under the belly and between the legs and of course berurut (refresh your body). That will help you to relieve your buttock pain during pregnancy 🙂✌🏻
