l have run the test ,and it's telling me that am pregnant

My concerned now is that, l have a 6month and 3weeks baby that am still breast feeding ,cause l find out that when am breast feeding her ,her body temperature will be very hot,l want to know if is advisable to continue to breast feed her please

I saw my lmp on 25August 2019 and am supposed to see it again 22 of this month but l haven't ,does it mean am pregnant
