Belajar positif thinking hamil 5 week Tanggal 14 Nopember, Istri dengan keadaan hamil 5w, di suruh belajar positif thinking. Semua bagian tubuh yang keram,pegal, sakit ulu hati dll di suruh minum air putih 200ml air hangat pagi dan malam sebelum tidur, dan perbanyak air putih selama aktivitas. Perbanyak makan buah dan sayur hijau, buahnya bisa pir, jambu, buah naga merah, pepaya. Sayur hijaunya bisa brokoli, sawi, dll. Dan yang paling penting, di suruh doktrin diri sendiri kalo kita tuh sehat dan bisa. Di suruh tanamkan itu setiap mau aktifitas.#bantusharing #firstmom #firstbaby

    emang harus begitu, 5week masih penebalan. banyakin nutrisi dan sesuai ajuran dan minum asam folat.
