How did you survive your 1st Trimester mommies?

Hi Mommies!! 1st time soon to be mom (5 weeks pregnant)☺️ Super excited! Just wanna ask lang po sana how did you survive your 1st Trimester. Medyo naprapraning ako sa mga activities ko and foods. Every may kakainin, Gino-google ko talaga. And to avoid miscarriage. Any tips po to survive 1st Trimester 😊 Super helpful po sana 🙏🏻🙏🏻

eat healthy foods. then yung mga prenatal vitamins. :) very helpful tong app to know what and what not to eat. :)
