Is it safe to sleep on back in trimester 2?

Hello! I find that it’s actually more comfortable to lie on my back so that the ache from my shoulders go away, rather than on the side. Is it safe?

I also find it much more comfortable to lie on my back but i'm trying to get use to sleeping on left side. Its the best for baby. Sleeping on the back is actually not recommended esp if u are in trim 2 or 3.

Lie flat on back while sleeping

Is it okay to lie flat on back while sleeping from trimester 2 onwards? I seem to find it relaxes my shoulder the most then.
