No cooking required
- 1/2 cups soy milk
- 1/2 tsps sea salt
- 1/2 tsps ground mustard
- 2 tsps garlic powder
- 2 tsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsps agave
- Combine soy milk, sea salt, ground mustard, garlic powder, vinegar, and agave in a blender and set on slow mode.
- Take the middle lid out and pour in canola oil.
- Blend until mayo is thick and creamy.
