Ingredients
- 400 g grouper fillet (any white fish will do)
- 2 inch ginger , juliened
- ½ tsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 stalks onion leeks , chopped
- 2 stalks cilantro
Steps
- Fill steamer with required amount of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
- Pat fish fillet. In a foil or steamer dish, place fish fillet and top with leeks.
- In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, light soya sauce and rice wine. Pour all over the fish.
- Place fish in the steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove from steamer and serve.
