Strawberry Yogi Shakes

- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 6 frozen strawberries with their stems cut off
- Put the yogurt, sugar, and strawberries in a blender.
- Turn the blender on to high speed, blending until the liquid is thick and smooth.
- Pour into glasses, and serve immediately!
