Ingredients
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 clove garlic tinadtad
- 1 tbsp
- 150 g baby carrots binalatan
- 150 g asparagus spears
- 300 g salmon fillet hiwain into cubes
- 1 red pepper hiwain into strips
- 1 yellow pepper hiwain into strips
- 1 green pepper hiwain into strips
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Haluin ang rice wine, asukal at toyo sa isang small bowl. Itabi.
- Sa malaking kawa, initin ang mantika at igisa ang bawang at luya ng 30 segundo.
- Idagdag ang carrots at asparagus. Gisahin ng 2 minuto.
- Idagdag ang salmon at peppers. Prituhin ng 2 minuto.
- Idagdag ang rice wine mixture kasama ang sesame seeds. Igisa ng 2 minuto.
- Tanggalin sa apoy at i-serve immediately.
