Rice Cooker Steamed Tofu and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small bunch of asparagus 1 1/2-inch lengths
  • 1/2 block fried tofu cubed (approximately 6 oz)
  • 1/2 small carrot peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsps oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp aloha shoyu
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsps sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp honey

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients.
  2. Transfer onto heatproof plate. Place in rice cooker. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4.
