
Ingredients
- 1/2 small bunch of asparagus 1 1/2-inch lengths
- 1/2 block fried tofu cubed (approximately 6 oz)
- 1/2 small carrot peeled, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tbsps oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp aloha shoyu
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsps sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp honey
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients.
- Transfer onto heatproof plate. Place in rice cooker. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4.
