Ingredients
- 1 Raw mango
- 1 cup Sugar
- .5 tsp cumin powder ,roasted
- .5 tsp black salt
- .5 tsp salt
- 10 peppercorns
Steps
- Wash the mangoes and place it in a vessel along with 2 cups of water and pressure cook them.
- Once cooked, remove the pulp from the skin and throw the skin and also remove the pulp from the mango seed.
- To the pulp, add fresh and washed mint leaves along with roasted cumin powder, black salt and normal salt.
- Add sugar to the pulp and take it to the mixer
- Grind the pulp and other ingredients along with peppercorns.
