Ingredients

  • 200 ml chilled cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapples , chopped
  • 200 g biscuits
  • 2-3 tbsps powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • Pineapple slices
  • Fresh coconut , grated

Steps

  1. In a bowl, add cream and beat until fluffy & set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add cream cheese, caster sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Now add whipped cream and beat until well combined.
  4. Add pineapples cubes, gently fold to combine & set aside.
  5. In the chopper, add biscuits, sugar, and chop until crumbled.
  6. During chopping, add butter and grind well.
  7. In serving glass or dish, add crumbled mixture and press firmly down into the base to create an even layer.
  8. Add cream & pineapple filling and spread it.
  9. Add pineapple slices and cream & pineapple filling.
  10. Sprinkle fresh coconut and top with a cherry.
