Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tsps ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Brewer's yeast
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • Milk , for a creamier consistency
  • 1-2 tbsps honey
  • Dried fruits like cherries, cranberries, apricot

Steps

  1. Add oats, flax seeds, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and dried fruit to a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and Brewer's yeast and stir.
  2. Microwave on high for three minutes. For best results, stir every minute.
  3. Stir in the honey, nuts and milk until you reach the desired consistency.
