Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tsps ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp Brewer's yeast
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- Milk , for a creamier consistency
- 1-2 tbsps honey
- Dried fruits like cherries, cranberries, apricot
Steps
- Add oats, flax seeds, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and dried fruit to a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and Brewer's yeast and stir.
- Microwave on high for three minutes. For best results, stir every minute.
- Stir in the honey, nuts and milk until you reach the desired consistency.
