Ingredients
- 4 tsp Dang Gui
- 4 tsp dried longans
- 3 tsp ginger
- 2 cups Mutton
- 3 cups boiling water
Steps
- Run mutton, longans and Dang Gui under cold running water and rinse well. Then scald them.
- Put all ingredients into a stewing pot.
- Simmer for 3 hours.
- Season with salt.
- Serve hot.
