Mutton Soup with Dang Gui

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp Dang Gui
  • 4 tsp dried longans
  • 3 tsp ginger
  • 2 cups Mutton
  • 3 cups boiling water

Steps

  1. Run mutton, longans and Dang Gui under cold running water and rinse well. Then scald them.
  2. Put all ingredients into a stewing pot.
  3. Simmer for 3 hours.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Serve hot.
