Malunggay Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup normal sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 3 tbsps blended Malunggay leaves

Steps

  1. Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix.
  3. Add and mix vanilla, milk, and blended malunggay leaves. Add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour mixture into greased muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 25 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
