Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup normal sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 3 tbsps blended Malunggay leaves
Steps
- Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix.
- Add and mix vanilla, milk, and blended malunggay leaves. Add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 25 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
