Ingredients
- 1 monk's fruit
- 1.5 litres water
Steps
- Rinse the dried monk fruit under running water. Break the shell and the contents of the monk fruit into smaller pieces. Set aside.
- Add monk fruit pieces into a pot of water. Bring to boil. Then, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
