Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 lemon, sliced
Steps
- Sa isang baking dish, idagdag ang flour at i-season ng salt at pepper. Idagdag ang oregano, at i-whisk para mahalo. Idagdag ang chicken at ihalo hangang fully coated, at itabi.
- Sa malaking pan, medium-high heat, initin ang oil. Idagdag ang chicken at lutuin hangang golden brown, mga 6mins kada side. I-season ng salt at pepper at ilipat sa plato.
- Sa pan, idagdag ang chicken broth, butter, garlic, lemon juice at wine at i-season ng salt. I-simmer, at idagdag ang lemon slices, at ibalik ang chicken sa pan, ihalo para matakpan ng sauce. I-serve na may pasta, rice o tinapay.
