Ingredients

  • 1 cup gandum
  • 1/2 cup wortel, parut
  • 1 tsp teh kayu manis bubuk
  • 3 tbsp kismis
  • 1 tbsp biji chia
  • Ekstrak vanila
  • Sirup maple secukupnya
  • 1/2 cup Almonds

Steps

  1. Dalam mangkuk, campur semua bahan kering.
  2. Tambahkan bahan basah dan aduk hingga merata.
  3. Letakkan penutup di mangkuk dan letakkan di kulkas selama minimal 2 jam atau semalam.
