Hulk's Power Smoothie
No cooking required
- 2 cups kale , stemmed and chopped
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- ½ cup avocado (option for a creamier and more filling)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple chopped (unpeeled)
- 1 cup orange juice , freshly squeezed
- 1 cup flavored yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
