Ingredients

  • 30 g herba taxili
  • 15 g eucommia bark
  • 1 egg
  • Crystal sugar to taste
  • 1 litre water

Steps

  1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Boil the egg and remove the shell.
  3. Pour 1 litre of cold water into the pot, add ingredients, and cook over high heat until it is boiling.
  4. Switch to low heat and cook for one hour, adding crystal sugar to taste.
