
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves
- 440 g salmon fish
- 220 g asparagus
Steps
- Fill a pan some oil and add the garlic and fry till they turn brown. Turn off the heat and discard the garlic.
- Now use this oil to lace the salmon on both sides. Place this salmon on a preheated grill and cook for 4-5 mins on medium heat. Right before turning the salmon, place the asparagus on the same grill and grill it for 4-5 mins.
- In the meantime turn the salmon. When the fish reaches 145°F, its cooked.
- Take the salmon and asparagus off the grill and serve together (with lemon slice and mashed potatoes if desired).
