Ingredients
- 4 (4-6-oz.) halibut steaks For Halibut (or any firm fish of your choice)
- 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 mango, diced FOR THE MANGO SALSA
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- I-preheat ang grill sa medium-high at i-brush ang halibut gamit ang oil sa lahat ng sides ng isda at i-season ng salt at pepper.
- Ihawin ang halibut hangang luto na mga 5 minutes per side.
- Gawin ang salsa: ihalo ang lahat ng ingredients sa isang medium na bowl at i-season ng salt at pepper. I-serve and salsa sa ibabaw ng halibut.
