Ingredients
- 2 tbsps sesame oil
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
- 2-3 inch fresh ginger binalatan at hiniwa into strips
- 12 oz chicken thigh cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 pinch white pepper
Steps
- Hiwain ang manok into cubes
- Sa kawali, initin ang sesame oil at igisa ang luya hanggang maging brown at maging fragrant
- Idagdag ang manok at prituhin ng 15 segundo
- Ibuhos ang toyo, rice wine, at ground white pepper
- Isama ang tubig ‘tsaka haluin
- Takpan ang kawali at hinaan ang apoy.
- Hayaang maluto ang manok ng 10-12 minuto
