French Toast Sticks

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup babys milk (breastmilk, cow’s milk, formula)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 3-4 slices of whole wheat bread, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp butter


  1. In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Melt the butter in a griddle or pan over medium heat.
  3. Dunk the bread strips into the egg mixture to coat. Transfer to griddle or pan.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from pan and cool on plate. Top with sliced bananas, berries, yogurt, or syrup.
  6. Freeze leftovers in a freezer bag, arranged in a single layer. To heat, microwave 10-20 seconds before serving.
