Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oatmeal
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- ? cup brown sugar
- ? cup coconut oil
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tbsp brewer’s yeast
- 1.5 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts , chopped
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425° . Grease muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixer, combine all muffin ingredients and beat until combined evenl
- Pour batter into prepared muffin pan.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
