
Chicken Galantina





Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cavity deboned
- Butter, softened
- 4 tbsps
- 2 tbsps fish sauce
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Para sa Filling
- 500g minced pork
- 4 pcs Chinese sausages
- 6 pcs Vienna sausages, sliced
- 4 pcs streaky bacon, chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tbsps sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 6 tbsps all purpose flour
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Steps
- Sa isang bowl ipagsama ang lahat para sa marinade at ilagay sa loob ng chicken. Ilagay sa tabi ng 30mins para ma-marinade.
- Sa isa pang bowl i-combine lahat ng filling ingredients (except yun eggs). Ipaghalo gamit ang kamay.
- Ipuno ang cavity ng chicken gamit ang filling. Ilagay din ang hard boiled eggs sa gitna. Itali ang binti ng chicken gamit ang string.
- I-massage ang butter sa chicken, at itlagay ang chicken sa roasting tack at i-roast ng 180C preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Tanggal sa oven at i-serve.
