Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup carrot , grated
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp grade b maple syrup
  • 1¼ cup almond milk , unsweetened

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Put a lid on the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with Greek yogurt if desired.
