Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 1½ tbsp honey (or alternative sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth or until the desired consistency is reached. (for a colder smoothie; freeze the banana or refrigerate for 15 minutes)
