Banana Mango Smoothie
No cooking required
- 1 cup peeled ripe mango , cubed
- 1 medium banana , sliced
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tbsp nonfat dry milk
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Prepare the mangoes: arrange the cubed mangoes on a baking sheet, and freeze for 1 hour.
- Place all the ingredients (with the frozen mangoes) in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve.
