Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled ripe mango , cubed
  • 1 medium banana , sliced
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tbsp nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Prepare the mangoes: arrange the cubed mangoes on a baking sheet, and freeze for 1 hour.
  2. Place all the ingredients (with the frozen mangoes) in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve.
