Ingredients
- 3 apples halved
- 1 large fu ling
- 1 tbsp apricot kernels
- 1 tbsp dried tulip bulb
- 2 sugared dates
- 1 dried tangerine peel
- 1 cup dried seabed coconut
- 4 cups water
Steps
- Boil your water in a ceramic pot
- Half your apples, keeping the skin on (so they don't completely disintegrate into the tea)
- When your water boils, add all the ingredients in together
- Boil on medium for 2 hours. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
