Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps flax seed meal
  • 4 tbsps water.
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsps brewers yeast
  • 1 tsp ground fenugreek
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • 1 1/4 cup mashed bananas
  • 2 tbsps milk.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

Steps

  1. Painitin sa temperaturang 350 °F ang oven. Ihanda na rin ang loaf pan.
  2. Sa isang bowl, paghaluin ang flax seed at tubig. Itabi muna pagkatapos.
  3. Paghaluin lahat ng dry ingredients sa isang bowl maliban sa mani. Saka idagdag ang butter, asukal, gatas, itlog, at saging. Gumamit ng hand mixer bilang panghalo. 'Wag kakalimutan ang vanilla at flax seed.
  4. Pagkatapos mahalo ng mabuti, ilagay ang mixture sa loaf pan. Lagyan ito ng mani sa ibabaw.
