Prenatal vitamins and enfamama milk

Can you take both? My wife is worried as it may overdose her with the vitamins#firsttimedad

please let your wife know that maternity milk has a lot of unnecessary sugar that’s not required for the pregnancy, may increase her weight too. just stick to the vitamins.
