This might be just heat rashes. It is normal for some babies to have this. However, if this persistent, highly advise to check with doctor to clear doubt of the red spots/rash.
In the meantime, you can apply Kodomo lotion or any baby product lotion that you are using and use thin layer clothes.

sometimes it appears quite a few area and then subside few hours later...I m applying mustela cream now
