Stool Afterbirth

My second time giving birth . And after discharge i manage to poop . But having this gassy stomach pain on and off since . My poop has tht white spots on it . Should i be worry bout the white spot and my stool color ? As its diff from my first birth experience... #pleasehelp #advicepls #secondbaby
