Slight bleed when I poop

Is it okay to bleed abit if we push too much during pooping? Nvr had this issue before being pregnant..#pleasehelp #advicepls

Yeah, go easy don’t push… you might have a slight tear due to the stretching while pooping. If you use too much force, you may also end up having hemorrhoids (piles).
