22week pregnant cramps like pooping

Is it normal to feel cramping like pooping on and off ? I'm currently 22 week pregnant. #1stimemom #advicepls

I had this too.. woke me up at night at 3am and i felt this cramping diarrhoea feeling. Currently 24 weeks
