Morning sickness

#Needadvice currently 6 weeks pregnant and having really bad morning sickness which started at 5 weeks + . Been taking maxalon and bonjesta from my gyane. It works really well to take the edge off the morning sickness. But I still feel terrible overall - no appetite and feeling like a dead lump in the pit of my stomach.
