Nausea very bad

Hi my nausea is really bad. I can't even drink water or eat anything. Im throwing out everything. Should I be going to the a&e or isit normal?#firsttimemom #

Try munching on fruits mommy.. it helps for me.. but this is my 3rd preggy but the nausea and throwing out gosh! I totally gets u mommy.. and yes ask gynae for some medication to help with the nausea alright.. go go mommy! 🥰
