Nausea very bad

Hi my nausea is really bad. I can't even drink water or eat anything. Im throwing out everything. Should I be going to the a&e or isit normal?#firsttimemom #

Experiencing the same symptoms since week6, am at week 10now. Cannot drink water only can drink flavoured drinks like honey water, green tea, fruit juices etc. Have been recommended to see Dr if u cannot stomach anything down for more than 24hrs as risk of dehydration so a&e can help give u drip.
