How long do I have to wait to start breast pump once wake up in the morning?

Hi mums, FTM here. Wondering if I have to wait for a few minutes and drink warm water first once I wake up in the morning. I am new in this bfeeding journey. Thanks in Advance. #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby #worried

No need to wait. Up to you, good to drink before, during and after pumping. Just be consistent with your pump times and stay hydrated will do.
