Jaundice Baby

Hi mummys , i know its normal for baby to have jaudice. But how long does it takes to clear usually? And also is it normal for the number to go higher at certain times? My baby seems to feed well peeing and pooping well too. Yet he is gaining weight . But yet his jaudice still considered high everytime check at poly clinic sent to kkh twice for photo therapy .
