If you are seeing a private specialist, you can try to just get them over the counter from the nurse. I have tried getting it from pharmacy but they don’t have it as it is only available at clinics.
get a prescriprion order at ur next appt w gynae so u can refill yourself at pharmacy womens clinic that has o&b svcs also provides (astra at je) but have to pay more
