How to differentiate polyps/miscarriage bleeding?

Hello mummies, Im nearly week 10 and this morning after pee and wipe theres blood. Rushed to kkh urgent centre and was told that baby is fine and the bleeding came from my polyps. Had progesterone vaccine just in case and went home after.How do we differentiate the symptoms? because my sis in law had bleeding at her week 10 and its a miscarriage after that.. #advicepls #firsttimemom

hihi! I had a mc in my week 10 also issue is I was told to take tablet instead of the injection, bled for like a week or so and then had heavy bleeding that can fill panty liner and mc happebed. Main thing is keep your mind occupied don't over think, everything will be alright. just have lots of rest. Be positive. don't read forums and compare your symptoms. Big hug! take care love.
